Payment, Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Policy Scope

This Payment, Refund & Withdrawal Policy applies to deposits, purchases, virtual items, Bonus Cash, Cash, Withdrawable Cash, refund review, withdrawal review, and payment-related account handling in 3 Tiles Crush. This policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

3. Deposit and Purchase Confirmation

Before payment, the app or payment page will display the item, amount, price, payment method, and applicable rules. After you confirm payment and the item or balance is delivered to your account, the order is considered fulfilled unless a delivery error, duplicate charge, or legally required refund applies.

4. Withdrawal Eligibility

Only eligible Cash / Withdrawable Cash can be withdrawn. Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawal availability depends on age, identity verification, location, account status, payment and payout channel support, fraud review, and applicable law.

5. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. Withdrawal requests below $10 will not be accepted unless the app displays a different legally required rule or special operational exception.

6. Withdrawal Review Time

Withdrawal requests are generally reviewed within 24 hours after submission. Review may take longer if identity verification, payment verification, tax information, fraud review, suspicious activity review, account security review, location verification, or additional documentation is required.

7. Arrival Time After Approval

After a withdrawal is approved, funds usually arrive within 0–48 hours. Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payout method, bank, payment processor, weekends, holidays, network conditions, compliance checks, or channel delays.

8. Withdrawal Denial or Delay

We may delay, reject, reduce, offset, reverse, or withhold a withdrawal if the account is not verified, the user is ineligible, the user is located in a restricted jurisdiction, the balance includes Bonus Cash, the payout method cannot receive funds, there is a chargeback or negative balance, or we detect fraud, cheating, multi-accounting, location spoofing, bonus abuse, referral abuse, payment abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

9. Bonus Cash Rules

Bonus Cash may be granted through events, rewards, referrals, sign-in rewards, promotional campaigns, first purchase offers, or other non-deposit sources. Bonus Cash can be used only according to displayed rules and is not withdrawable. When a withdrawal is requested, Bonus Cash may be excluded, reduced, or forfeited according to the applicable rules.

10. Refund or Redelivery Review

Refund or redelivery review may be available if payment succeeded but the item was not delivered, duplicate charges occurred due to system or payment error, an order was incorrectly processed due to our technical issue, or applicable law requires a refund.

11. Non-Refundable Cases

Except where required by law, delivered and usable virtual items, consumed benefits, used Bonus Cash, completed gameplay entries, user error, device or network issues, violation of rules, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or unsupported payment methods may not qualify for refund.

To request payment, refund, or withdrawal review, contact mujingyu@addergames.com and provide your game account ID, order number, payment amount, payment time, withdrawal amount if applicable, payout method if applicable, issue description, and screenshots or proof of payment.

13. Processing Result

After review, we may approve withdrawal, reject withdrawal, request additional verification, redeliver missing items, issue a refund where applicable, correct a balance error, suspend suspicious activity, or take other reasonable action under the Terms of Service.
