1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 3 Tiles Crush, including the website, mobile application, game features, account features, payment features, promotional features, withdrawal features, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Hangzhou Viper Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, logging in, clicking “I Agree,” downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

2. Service Description

3 Tiles Crush is a casual tile-matching puzzle game. Players observe the tile layout, select matching tiles, complete three-of-a-kind matches, earn scores, and clear levels by reaching target scores. The Services may include levels, score targets, missions, combo effects, virtual items, diamonds, coins, Bonus Cash, Cash, events, rankings, rewards, and withdrawal-related features.

We may update, adjust, suspend, replace, or remove any game mode, level, reward, event, interface, rule, item, or feature at any time for operational, legal, security, balancing, technical, anti-fraud, or business reasons.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must be a natural person using the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You must provide accurate and complete account, identity, location, and payment information when requested.

You may use the Services only in jurisdictions where such use is permitted by applicable law. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any feature, including cash-related features, in any jurisdiction where we determine that the feature may be prohibited, restricted, or legally uncertain.

4. U.S. State and Geographic Restrictions

Cash-related features, paid features, promotional rewards, and withdrawal features may not be available in all U.S. states or territories. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.

We may use IP address, device information, geolocation, payment information, identity verification, or third-party verification tools to determine eligibility. You must not use VPNs, proxy servers, GPS spoofing, device modification, emulators, false address information, or any other method to conceal or misrepresent your location.

5. Account Registration and Security

You may access certain parts of the Services through guest login, account registration, phone or email login, third-party login, or other supported login methods. Some features may require a registered and verified account.

• You must keep your account, password, verification codes, and device access secure.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or lend your account.
• You may not create or control multiple accounts to obtain unfair advantages, referral rewards, Bonus Cash, Cash, or withdrawals.
• You are responsible for activities occurring under your account, except where prohibited by law.

6. Identity Verification, KYC, Fraud Review, and Taxes

To protect the Services, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, and process payments or withdrawals, we may request information or documents including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, government-issued ID, tax information, bank or payout information, payment verification information, proof of address, or other verification materials.

We may deny, delay, limit, suspend, reverse, or withhold deposits, rewards, withdrawals, or account access if verification is incomplete, information is inaccurate, restricted location access is detected, or suspicious activity is identified. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from rewards, winnings, withdrawals, or other benefits received through the Services.

7. Virtual Items, Bonus Cash, Cash, and Withdrawable Cash

Different balances or rewards may be displayed in the Services. Not all balances are withdrawable.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, trade, pledge, rent, lend, or exchange any account balance, Virtual Item, Bonus Cash, Cash, reward, or withdrawal right outside the Services.

8. Payments and Purchases

If deposits, purchases, or paid services are offered, the price, payment method, item description, quantity, and applicable restrictions will be displayed before confirmation. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may refuse, reverse, limit, or cancel payments suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

9. Withdrawals

If withdrawal functionality is available to you, you may request withdrawal of eligible Cash / Withdrawable Cash through supported withdrawal methods, subject to these Terms, in-app rules, account status, verification requirements, fraud review, payment processor requirements, and applicable law.

We may delay, reject, reduce, offset, reverse, or withhold a withdrawal if your account is not verified, your location is restricted, your balance includes Bonus Cash or non-withdrawable items, your payout method cannot receive funds, you have chargebacks or payment disputes, or we detect suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, multi-accounting, device manipulation, bonus abuse, referral abuse, money laundering risk, or other prohibited conduct.

10. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated by us, payments for virtual items, Bonus Cash, account credits, passes, digital content, or other paid benefits are final and non-refundable once delivered, credited, used, consumed, or made available. Refund or redelivery review may be available for duplicate charges, failed delivery, payment errors, or legally required refund cases.

11. Promotions, Events, Referrals, and Rankings

Promotions, rewards, missions, rankings, referrals, and events may be subject to additional rules, including eligibility, timing, location, reward amount, deposit requirements, claim requirements, expiration, and withdrawal restrictions. We may modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate promotions for legal, technical, anti-fraud, operational, or business reasons.

12. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, emulators, rooted or jailbroken device manipulation, packet tools, memory tools, or unauthorized software.
• Exploiting bugs, manipulating gameplay, scores, rankings, rewards, referrals, deposits, withdrawals, or device identifiers.
• Submitting false identity, location, tax, payment, or account information.
• Engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, payment abuse, bonus abuse, referral abuse, collusion, or money laundering activity.
• Interfering with servers, networks, security systems, payment systems, or game operations.

If you violate these Terms, we may take action including warning, account restriction, reward cancellation, withdrawal denial, balance hold, account suspension, account termination, device ban, payment reversal, forfeiture of balances, recovery of improperly paid amounts, reporting to law enforcement, and legal action.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, gameplay systems, level design, user interface, graphics, icons, characters, art, sounds, music, text, animations, trademarks, logos, code, data, and databases, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, modify, suspend, interrupt, discontinue, or terminate any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you violated these Terms, created risk, failed verification, accessed restricted features from a prohibited location, or engaged in suspicious activity.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, uninterrupted, available, compatible, profitable, or free from bugs, errors, delays, data loss, or unauthorized access.

16. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and the Company agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting mujingyu@addergames.com. This section should be reviewed and finalized by qualified U.S. counsel before publication, including governing law, arbitration provider, venue, opt-out rights, mass arbitration procedures, fee allocation, and state-specific limitations.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting the updated Terms on the website, in the app, or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
